Yes, it is a decent percentile and your expected rank will be around 2253. You can calculate your expected rank by using the formula (100-your total percentile)*112679/100
Where 112679 is the total number of candidates appeared in January session in paper 2.
So your expected rank will be calculated as (100-98)*112679/100=2253.
