First of all congratulations to your son for this wonderful score. Now yes you can get many of the government medical colleges of Bihar. I'll tell you a bit in detail. One of the best reputed colleges of Bihar - Patna GMC, he also has a chance to get this college since the cutoff of this college in 2017 was 558 and 2018 was 552. Obviously it might be predicted this year, but with a mere observation, I can say it will be around 565 maximum and your son (577) is anyways above it. If you want to give preference to the city you live in, then other colleges like GMC Muzzafurpar, GMC Nalanda,  Anugrah Narayan Magadh Medical College and Hospital, Gaya and other government medical colleges of Bihar had cutoffs around 535 last year and this year might have 550 max.
