The difference between the cut off in first phase counselling and second phase counselling may not be same for each college and branch. The cut off may vary in second Counselling depending on number of candidates applied for second phase counselling, difficulty of exam, total number of vacant seats etc. It is difficult to predict the difference in the cut off.
