Yes self reporting means that the candidate has to report to the alloted college for registration and document verification.

This is very important before your final admission so don't miss it.

Whenever called,you should report to your alloted college with all your documents.

Yes when will be alloted a seat whether in first round or second round, you can go to the alloted institute for doc. Verification.
