Dear Aspirant
If you are totally confident about your career choices then dropping a year is not a problem. If you have not achieved 75% in your 12th boards then you have to study extra hard and put extra effort to get a good score in JEE.
If you really want to study in top BTech colleges then you can drop a year and prepare for the exam.
