There is no harm in attending the counselling but with this score its little difficult to get a seat in delhi. 

Usually the colleges in delhi tend to have a higher cutoff than the government colleges of other states. 

Last year North Delhi Municipal Corporation Medical College, New Delhi closed at a score of 511.And it was the lowest that the cutoff score went for OBC category.

However since its based on last years cutoff nothing can be said with absolute guarentee.
