You can see dushyant kumar sir's channel on youtube. He gives certain short tricks as well which saves time during exam.

NCERT Chemistry is the best book for NEET preparation of Chemistry, to get a clear basic concept. Specially the organic chemistry part is very nicely illustrated. Whether you want to buy Solomon or not is your choice but make sure you are well apt with all examples and questions given in your NCERT book.
