If we see in terms of establishment then reva university is established in 2013 whereas alliance university is in 2010. But if we go with ranking then it's as follows:

Alliance University Ranked 7th Best Private University in India. Alliance University a renowned private university located in Bengaluru, has been ranked No. 7 among the best private universities in India. The ranking was published by India Today in its July 2018 issue in a survey done by MDRA.
REVA University falls in New Universities and have been ranked 3 among 7 young universities in Karnataka ahead of Dayananda Sagar University, Presidency University and other 2. REVA university have scored 574/1000 in overall scores under KSURF Ranking by government of Karnataka

INFRASTRUCTURE:  Reva university is eco friendly with great infrastructure in library,classrooms,hostel etc. Whereas if we talk about alliance then their infrastructure is also up to the mark. They also have great infrastructure at the library, a big food court, separate sports room for indoor games and court for outside sports.

If you are more concerned with studies then you should go for reva university because it provides practical knowledge instead of only the theoretical one.The faculty members of reva have more expertise than alliance.They provide opportunities to students to take up different projects and help them to complete it too.

Despite the fact that you have to pay higher for reva but  reva  offer education on a higher note as compared to other campuses in Bangalore.

Both Reva University and Alliance University are top Engineering universities in Bangalore. Now, the NIRF Ranking of Alliance University is 186/200 top engineering colleges in India. The NIRF Ranking o Reva University in engineering colleges is beyond 200, so you can say that Alliance University is better than Reva University. Also Alliance University is older and hence has better alumni.
