the option is as per your choice and your motive. If we have to debate which is better it would be quite difficult as this solely depends on the student and how his or hers studying pattern. If you think you would be able to do revision all on your own then you can do so or if you feel like it would be more helpful if someone would guide you through the process of revision you can go for crash courses as well.
