CSE is an on demand field these days and one can find a lot of job opportunities.

Pursuing a generic CSE degree gives you the flexibility of tailoring the course to meet your requirements that is you can choose your electives on the basis of your interest.

However,if you decide to go with thses:

Computer Science & Engineering (CSE with specialization in Gaming Technology) 

Computer Science & Engineering (CSE with specialization in Cyber Security and Digital Forensics)

Computer Science & Engineering (CSE with specialization in Artificial Intelligence & Machine Learning)

They can offer specialised training in a very niche area and most of your courses/electives would be oriented towards that

That being said,if you are highly interested in the above specialisations ,you could choose it.

Otherwise,the generic CSE is the best
