If you are getting both colleges then you should obviously go for aiims college. After all name of the college matters. Aiims has limited seats around 1207. And new aiims are establishing because old ones have worked soo much good. 

And in aiims the semester fees is also less as compare to other medical colleges. 

So go for aiims college.
