Dear aspirant, kudos for clearing JEE mains. As per my opinion MANIT bhopal is counted as one of the Best NIT's in the north region and as my suggestion i would rather say to join Civil branch and if you want to change your branch then work hard for another year and you will get the desired branch of your choice. But if you are really passionate about IIT, then i would say you to take a drop and work hard to achieve it.

hope this will help.
