Hi Anushka,

National Eligibility cum entrance test. It is an All India level common entrance exam conducted by the National Testing Agency (NTA) for admissions to MBBS and BDS courses at the Undergraduate level at various government and private medical colleges in the country.

On the other hand, Karnataka Common Entrance Test (KCET) is an offline exam conducted for admission to the full-time Engineering, Technology, BPharma, DPharma, Agriculture courses (Farm Science) and Veterinary courses, in the various educational institutions in the state of Karnataka.

It is not necessary that NEET students must write KCET in Karnataka.

Thanks.
