Dear Deveshwar,

In order to take admission in HBTU you should have domicile certificate of UP.

Yes,students other than U.P also gets admission in HBTU.There is no such spcific reservation for them.All they need is their regular admission documents and the Domicile Certificate.Good Luck...!
