In most of the medical colleges admission is done on the basis of neet exam except AIIMS,JIPMER so to take admission in these colleges you have give their respective entrance exam.i hope this information helps you.

To take admission in any of the AIIMS institute you need to take the AIIMS entrance exam. You cannot get admission in AIIMS through your NEET score as there is a separate test for AIIMS. Your score/ rank in NEET does not affect your chances for admission in AIIMs in any manner.
