yes offcourse you can apply for counselling in vit college. but with this rank you can not get seat in cse / ece / it/ eee etc in vit vellore campus . you can get seat like bio chemical engineering etc . you can try for it /eee / etc branches in vit chennai campus, bhopal campus and vit amaravathi .
