Dear student,
Passport size and postcard size are not same but yiu can use your recent passport size photo but I will suggest to use the photo you used in your online application.

BUt the pic that i used in online applicatoon id of march 2017 and i guess for admit card and performa a pic of 2018 is required ...IS it so...PL cnfrm and if yes...now what should i do as it is imp that Pix be same and also the date limit?

You have to paste the same photo as uploaded in NEET application.

Please tell me where you read that pic should be of 2018.
As per my sources, I know that you need to fix the same photo as you uploaded during application submission.

I have submitted passport sized photo as both passport and post card photo while uploading documents. Does it matter !

I uploaded postcard size photo without white background and it is accepted now should I past that same on admit card also or new one with white background

Yes. The postcard size photo must be same as that of passport size photo, however there is variation in size of them..
Please read the instruction given regarding the photograph carefully in the neet ug admit card and official notification..

NO! Postcard size is not at all equal to passport size photograph!
The exact dimensions of the postcard size will be available in the annexure provided by the official website of NEET-UG!
