Though all entrance exams Neet, Jee main , clat , and other universities exams have been postponed due to Corona virus impact. There is lock down in all over India . In these conditions admission sessions will also be delayed .  Exams at Laxmipat University are also delayed and hence the admission to various courses will be delayed.,

The criteria for admission in JK Lakhmipat University in B.Tech is

The applicants are required to appear in one of the national level engineering admission tests, such as JEE held in 2020. In case the candidate has not appeared for any national level engineering test, he/she will have to appear in the JKLU Engineering Entrance Test (EET) to qualify for the programme.

So you need to give entrance exam to get admission in JKLU . And as far as I know that due to outbreak of COVID-19 , JEE Main Exams will be postponed and so other admission procedure would also be postponed.
