Hey,

You don't have to worry much if you haven't uploaded self-addressed marksheets in University of Delhi UG form. It is just a procedure to verify the authenticity of the documents.At the time of admissions, if you get admission in some course, you will be required to produce original documents in the particular college for submission. So as long you have your original documents there's isn't much need for you to worry.
Also, there is no need for you to fill another form. This form will be good enough for evaluation.

Sir actually I have filled form which are not self attested so what next ? Is there any problem during admission??

No there won't be any problem during your admission just keep the photocopies and the original documents with you which the College will ask during the admission.
Still if you feel worried about it thrn you can make changes soon once the editing option is made available by the University of Delhi. But every single change will charge Rs 100.
