You don't have to worry much if you haven't uploaded self-attested documents in University of Delhi UG form. It is just a procedure to verify the authenticity of the documents.At the time of admissions, if you get admission in some course, you will be required to produce original documents in the particular college for submission. So as long you have your original documents there's isn't much need for you to worry.

Also, there is no need for you to fill another form.
