As per the vaildity of the university, so Sunrise University is approved by UGC and also recognised by the Rajasthan Govt. So the degree will be totally valid, but I would suggest if you have better marks then you should try in Delhi University or for that matter any govt university (your nearest will Rajasthan University itself). You can persue your degree from Jaipur as well rather than persuing from Sunrise University.
