To be eligible, one must pass with at least 50% marks in 10 + 2 (or an equivalent examination) with physics, chemistry, biology or biotechnology as one of the subjects.

To be eligible for B Pharma or bachelors in pharmacy, you must have passed your 12th board examination with physics chemistry and Biology/Mathematics and generally you need 45% - 50% marks  in 12th to be eligible  .

And ,
admission in b pharma is either on the basis of marks obtained by you in class 12th or through college or university level entrance examination .

And some college offer admission through both entrance examination and on the basis of merit in the qualifying examination, that is on the basis of marks or percentage obtained by you in class 12th board examination

For example,
Jamia Hamdard offers admission in B Pharma through marks obtained by you in NEET examination and also on the basis of marks or percentage obtained by you in 12th board examination
