Hello dear student,
Greetings!
No you are not eligible because  as  per the NEET PG 2019 eligibility criteria, aspirants must possess MBBS degree or provisional MBBS pass certificate recognized as per the provisions under Indian Medical Council 1956 to be eligible for Neet pg entrance exam.
