Hi,  .. As per latest news hbti might not take admmision through upsee. HBTI KANPUR is switching itsintake through jee mains . Just check about it and as per your rank if intake is still opens then yes you will definitely get a seat by 2nd round of counselling . check: http://hbtu.ac.in/
