Hope you are doing well. No need to worry. All you need to do is just visit the document verification and when your name comes, just inform the officials that you have not done it intentionally but by mistake. I saw many of the students who were facing the same issue when I had been to document verification the previous year. I am sure that they will help you. Just don't forget to carry the required documents with you during document verification. I hope this answer helps you.
