yes you may definitely apply. the basic eligibility criteria is candidate need to have a graduation degree in any discipline from a recognized university with 10+2+3 or 10+2+4 pattern. however the marks criteria is in general 50%, it may differs college to college. so before applying read the instruction carefully.
