Yes, you can appear for UPSEE MBA.The eligibility criteria is that a candidate must have a minimum of 3 years Bachelor's degree with atleast 50% aggregate ( general category) and 45% aggregate ( reserved category). The admission is based on the degree qualification and merit in UPSEE MBA.So, you are eligible for this on basis of degree qualification.
