As per i am concerned Yes you can do two courses together according to UGC University Grand but they have some terms and condition that you can't pursue two regular courses together simultaneously.

If you want to do your Bsc and BA together and simultaneously then both of them should not be in a regular course. Or else you have to do one of them through distance learning mode then it will be fine.

Yes you can do your Bsc (Regular) and B.A (Distance learning) at the same time simultaneously.
