Firstly congratulations on getting your NEET score and you have done really well. Speaking about the cutoff for Mahatma Gandhi Institute of Medical Science, the NEET cutoff varies between 500 to 600 every year. But it also depends on the students and which colleges they choose. But since your score is in the 400 you should easily qualify for this college. So apply and wait for their 2019 cutoff.
