As per your query I would like to inform you that the eligibility criteria for MSc. Chemistry is that a student should complete his Bachelors degree from a recognized university with chemistry as one of the main subject. So, even if you have Physics, Chemistry and Biology in your class XII you can go for a Bachelors degree in Chemistry or Physical Science to be eligible for MSc. Chemistry . But it is highly recommended to go for BSc. in Chemistry since it will make your base stronger for masters degree.
