As you mentioned that you didn't have receive any login ID to your register phone number ...
ASM during filling your application your login ID or password are received by your phone number or Email number so if you didn't receive your login ID by your phone number then try with your email ID or you may try with your phone number again check if your phone working good or not or if you have any problem with your sim and anything like that.. you may also change your number but if there is option of changing number
