This college offers 6 courses in 2 streams and 2 specializations. CIPT trains students to develop job ready talents. The placement is decent here but not good when compared to other private colleges.

now coming to the admission process, admission to 4 years bachelor in pharmacy course is based on wbjeeb (west bengal joint entrance examination board) score. eligibility criteria for b.pharma course is candidates must complete  10+2 course in Science with minimum 45% marks PCB or PCM.

also the college offers diploma courses on pharmacy as well as post graduate courses on pharmacy.
