Since JNU is a National University, The mode of instructions for the course i.e., Teaching, Classes, etc. is English.

However, many attempts have been made to include Hindi as the mode of instruction but it has not been done yet.

But if you wants to write your exams in hindi, you are free to write, No one is going to stop you (According to current provision).
