UPSC EPFO has 2 stages - Recruitment Test and Interview.

The stage-1 will be an offline exam (Pen & Paper Based) and the next stage will be a face-to-face personality test.

• There is no minimum age specified in the eligibility criteria but maximum is 30 years.
• You need to have a bachelor's degree in any stream.
• Pen and paper exam will be of objective type.All questions will carry equal marks as per the exam pattern.
• Both Hindi and English will be available.
• The final selection of a candidate will be based on the marks obtained in Recruitment Test and Interview.
• Some of the topics for the recruitment test are:

1. General EnglishIndian Freedom Struggle
2. Current Events and Developmental IssuesIndian Polity
3. General Accounting PrinciplesIndustrial Relations & Labour Laws
4. General ScienceKnowledge of Computer applications
5. Indian economy.

For general you need to score atleast 50 marks and for OBC category 45 marks are required whereas ST/SC/PH require 40 marks.
