Dear Ravi, National Testing Agency (NTA) will provide a facility to modify the incorrect details entered during online registrations from January 14 to 31, 2019. The authority has mailed to the registered candidates regarding the discrepancy in the uploaded passport size photograph or signature. The correct scanned images must be uploaded within a week of receiving the mail. So if you haven't received any notification then you are considered good to go.
