To get MBBS seat at Maulana Azad Medical College, Delhi you don't require Domicile of Delhi as per previous information. The NEET Score varies as per category, difficulty level of the test, total number of seats, etc. So the NEET UG Cut off as per category are as follows,

General 50 Percentile 701 Score

Minority 40-45 Percentile 133 Score.

This  is the 2019 years's cut off hence you need to score more than that.
