There is no separate quota for girls in medicine entrance.
Try scoring around 550 to increase your odds of selection.

Its very difficult to judge based on gender reservation and category reservations, in general to get into government medical college you need to have 540+

Please specify college you are talking about.
In general, for an OBC candidate, a score of around 450 to 500 is good for getting a seat in a decent college.
