just by focusing on NCERT you cannot expect to score more than 270 to a maximum of 300 out of 360 in the neet examination that too if you are absolutely thorough with all the topics and minimise or negative marking in the examination by not attempting the questions which are out of your knowledge
However some experience gathered through the volumes of two men as well as the biology series of Dinesh and Pradeep can help you to score in excess of 330 and if you laugh fevers maybe in excess of 340 which may be has highest 350 out of 360

We agree that most of the question from NCERT syllabus but probably some of the question from other than ncert 

If you concentrate on Ncert only you would probably around 280-300.

Not just by reading or mug up the book ..for biology subjects ncert is like a heart so you should be in finger tip with ncert book .

Other than ncert you may concentrate little much on trueman volume 1 and 2 too  , Pradeep's publication , Objective biology by Dinesh if you have are well enough then you will probably score near 340 or 350 ..
