As you have tagged the question with IIIT Bangalore, my answer will also be with respect to that particular institute. As it offers no B.Tech, program, you might want to look at their integrated  B.Tech. + M.Tech. course of 5 years. The admission for the same will be done solely on the basis of your JEE-Mains rank. As the eligibilty for the same is PASS in 10+2 examination, you seem to be eligible for it. A desired rank for IIIT Bangalore will be less than 8000. You can also be eligible for other IIITs except IIIT D, which requires more than 80% aggregate and more than 80% in Mathematics.
