Hello Vitthal.

You need to orient yourself to those competitive exams. You need to know the syllabus, pattern and schedule of NEET and AIIMS exams.
You will have to solve more MCQs and focus on them.
If possible, you can also join some reputed coaching centres like Allen, Aakash, Resonance etc. You also have to make your study more objective oriented and solve previous year question papers along with solving good number of MCQs of each chapter from standard books and modules.
