Since your rank is 1101 through pwd category you can get into the top NIT colleges in India and in any core branches. You can get seat in prestigious NIT such as Warangal, Surathkal and many others.

yes there is hope you will get a seat in NIT because cut off for PWD candidates is about 0.111
