I am a PWD candidate in general category. My CRL -PWD is 1101 in JEE main 2019. My NTA score was 63.02 percentile. Can i get a seat in NIT?

According to your rank, yes you can get some seats in NITs, mostly the northeastern like:-
- NIT Arunachal:- CSE
- NIT Andhra Pradesh:- Mechanical
- NIT Agartala:- Mechanical
- NIT Srinagar:- Civil
- MNNIT Allahabad:- BioTech
- NIT Agartala:- Chemical
- NIT Silchar:- Mechanical
