Hello Aspirant.
It's nice that you're good at all the subjects that creates the JEE main examination paper. First of all, just tuition and school stuff won't be enough for you to score around 150 or more. You'll need to put in more effort by studying reference books of each subject and also solving as many previous years question papers as possible.
Secondly, there's no definite weightage of any topic in any of the subject. The weightage of any topic changes in every year's paper. It would be great if you study the entire material with full enthusiasm as it'll really help you get more than 150 for sure.
