I took phy, che, and bio in 12th as a main subject and math was in additional subject. Am I eligible for JEE MAIN exam.

Yes you are eligible for the exam .

Any how additional subject also you have to write exam then they will consider you as pcmb(physics, chemistry, mathematics and biology) prepare for the next exam which is going to held in April
