As per recent UGC guidelines  candidates can now pursue two degree courses simultaneously but the only condition is one has to be done through regular mode and another through distance mode, hence if you want to follow this route of two degree courses you're eligible to do so, make sure the both the medium are different that is one through regular and another through distance mode.
