Though you are doing bsc with physics, chemistry and maths your highest qualification with all the three subjects i. e physics chemistry and Biology/ biotechnology remains your 10+2

While, those who have passed  1st year of graduation with  all the three subject i. e physics chemistry and Biology/biotechnology needs to select code 5 and those who have completed BSc with at least any two of physics chemistry and Biology in their bsc need to select code 6.
