You can surely pursue your career as a computer science engineer at the National defence academy. The admission in the academy is done through NDA/NA examination conducted by UPSC followed by recommendation from SSB after completion of a 5 day interview cum character test. The fee for the CSE program at the institute is around 40k per annum and after completion of degree, cadets are sent to IMA Dehradun and other bootcamps of the Indian Army.
