Since you are still in first year of college, code 02 should your choice

Code 02:

Any candidate will qualifying marks in 10+2 in physics chemistry biology are eligible

Code 05:

It involves candidates who have passed the first year of a bachelor's degree from a recognized university with Physics, Chemistry, Biology/Biotechnology alongwith qualifying marks in 10+2 in physics chemistry and biology.
