There are many merit-based scholarships but you haven't mentioned the class in which you are studying presently. Still, I am mentioning a few scholarships.

1. IIT Roorkee Civil Engineering Department Junior Research Fellowship (for M-tech degree holders, up to INR 35,000 per month plus HRA)

2. PAU Ludhiana Department of Economics and Sociology Junior Research Fellow Scholarship ( Graduates and Postgraduates degree holders, up to INR 31,000 per month plus 16% HRA)

3. IIT Indore Mechanical Engineering Department (ME) Research Associateship (B.E./B-tech or M.E./M-tech degree holders, up to INR 47,000 per month)

4. NIT Srinagar Department of Mechanical Engineering Research Assistantship 2021 (B.E./ B-tech degree holders, up to 10,000 per month)

5. IIM Ahmedabad Research Assistantship -New Initiatives 2021 (Bachelor's or Master's degree holders, up to INR 40,000 per month)

Following are some ways you can get loan -:

• Amount of 7.5 lakhs are provided without any bank guarantee being taken.
• Amount more than 7.5 lakhs are provided with 110% of bank guarantee being deposited in the bank in the form of land papers, gold, jewelry, etc.
• You can also contact your respective college to check if they can help you financially.

As you require 11 lakhs there are no such other way to get that much amount of scholarship.

I am feel bad to inform you that there is no other options except taking bank loans or taking loans from private financial services at high rate of interest.
