Dear Ankit, as NTA hasn't released any information regarding EWS reservation in NEET for now assuming that EWS candidates also fall under General Category, 540 is a nice score. In 2018, under State Quota, 552 marks secured a seat in Patna Medical College. That was the highest cut off. Rest all Colleges had a cut off lesser than 540. So going by previous cut offs and your score, you have a chance at:

GMC, Bettiah
Indira Gandhi Institute of Medical Sciences
Jawaharlal Nehru Medical College
Nalanda Medical College
Shri Krishna Medical Colleve
Vardhaman Institute of Medical Sciences


Having said that cut off changes every year and is dependant on various factors like no.of seats available, no.of candidates appearing for the exam, top NEET score and difficulty of the exam.
